Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Seed Design Solutions Inc. ("Seed Design", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit seednyc.com (the "Site") or request an estimate through our online form.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate, we collect your full name, phone number, the type of property you plan to remodel, when you plan to start, and your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect:
- the page you visited and the page that referred you;
- advertising parameters in the link you followed, such as campaign, ad set and ad names or IDs, UTM tags and the Facebook click ID (fbclid);
- cookie and browser identifiers set by Meta (the _fbp and _fbc cookies);
- basic device and browser information, such as browser type and IP address, processed by the services listed below.
How we use your information
- to contact you by phone about your project and prepare an estimate;
- to keep a record of your request and its status;
- to understand which advertisements and pages bring requests, and to measure and improve our advertising;
- to protect the form from spam and abuse;
- to comply with law and to protect our rights.
We will not send you marketing text messages or use an autodialer without your separate, express consent.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The Site uses the following third-party services:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) records page views and estimate requests so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show relevant ads. Meta may combine this data with information it holds about you. Learn more and manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/privacy/policy and in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) helps us understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) checks that a form submission comes from a person and not a bot. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended if you do.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money. We share it only with:
- service providers that host and process data for us, including Google (Google Workspace, where estimate requests are stored and sent to our team), Webflow (Site hosting), Meta and Cloudflare as described above;
- authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety;
- a successor business if Seed Design is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to respond, carry out any resulting project and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete them. You may ask us to delete your request earlier.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to contact@seednyc.com. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as to know what we collect and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
